Our retired, world traveling clients wanted to brighten up their oceanview condo in Hutchinson Island’s exclusive Oceanique Condominium community.
Unfortunately, they had already had gone under contract with another contractor who failed to deliver all the materials. So our clients started all over with us and couldn’t have been happier with the end results. This kitchen features KCD Designer White Shaker cabinetry with gold veined quartz and a striking piece of Fusion Quartzite.
We made some significant changes in the kitchen including turning the direction of a larger, waterfall island towards the stove so both of them could work simultaneously in the kitchen. Also added a pot filler by the stove, a warming drawer, all new appliances, plus stacked upper cabinetry with open display for their artwork and collectibles.
With new lighting fixtures, and cabinetry lighting, we also added a motion sensor pantry lighting inside. See the before pictures and renders below:
