An exciting renovation of this waterfront home for this lovely couple included removing all the interior walls in the common areas of their ranch home and replacing the tile and carpeting with new, large wood plank tiles. ranch style, waterfront home. Brushed gold accents, Cambria quartz and honey stained wood bring it all together.
Before, the view from the front door was of a wall and beyond that was the waterway. The kitchen was previously nestled on the other side with soffit lights and minimal cook space. By removing the non-structural walls dividing the space, we opened up the home for more amazing views and lively entertaining. (We’ve been told that beer pong plays well on the new island top!)
