Located in the Pines Community of Jenson Beach, our new homeowners wanted to update their builder kitchen to accommodate a new 36″ sink they had purchased—plus add some better storage, of course!
With some creative thinking and a redesign, we created a larger, more functional sink and bar area. By removing the second drywall pantry, we opened up the cooking space and added more counter space.
To add a pop of color, we brought some fun into the kitchen with two-toned uppers and lowers, plus accented bookend-style towers on the stove wall. Now, it’s a one-of-a-kind layout with lots of great accessories, storage, and fun details. See the before pictures and renders below:
