Our young, DIY family were finally ready for a new, modern farmhouse style kitchen. The builder’s original cabinets had been painted white but were starting to simply fall apart. New cabinetry has many benefits besides looking great!
We began by including taller 42″ upper cabinets and extended the kitchen wider to include the breakfast area. This allowed for larger drawers, a larger food pantry, easier to access corner storage and a cabinetry trash can pull out. Plus the bonus coffee bar on the opposite wall provides more storage and extra countertop space. The reclaimed wood hood and floating shelves bring warmth to the soft white cabinets and quartz. Overall, the perfect renovation for our client’s family.
