Signature Collection: Costa Model
See inside an upgraded version of the Costa Model in Tradition’s Valencia Walk at Riverland. Once again, we removed the builder grade layout and cabinetry to create a functional, modern and exciting new space for our clients.
In the kitchen, we mixed beautiful cashew mid-tone wood stain with dramatic, gray stained wood and matte black hardware. Glass tiles and crisp white quartz countertops keep the space light and bright. The waterfall island brings all the drama as the Covelano quartz pulls both dark gray and bronze veining thru the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and matching chimney hood keep it modern and clean.
The guest bathroom was updated with matching Gray stained cabinetry and linen pantry with Rose Gold hardware and faucets.
As an added money saving bonus, the old kitchen cabinetry, sink and countertops were repurposed for the laundry room adding much needed storage and countertop space!
