A colorful makeover for our fun, retired world travelers! Desperate for more storage and countertop space, our clients loved the idea of making some layout changes.
The first big move was the refrigerator! Historically it was always in the way of the entrance from the garage and could not fully open so close to the wall. Moving it onto the other wall closer to the pantry immediately solved both issues and gave so much more space around the stove for cooking and preparing. Changing the microwave location from an upper to a drawer also helped give more storage above.
Next was the bar top demo to one level giving deeper countertop area and preventing clutter. Taller cabinets, a new hood style, a custom decorative batten wall and porcelain tile brought it all together! Our clients saved by keeping the floors and just repainted the walls.
