Stephanie Way

Back in the West Park area of Tradition, we have completely changed the floor plan of our Colorado client’s single story home. Taking down the non-structural wall and drywall pantry that divides the kitchen and front door allowed us to create a new footprint. This new exciting layout includes a seated island, floor to ceiling cabinets and a stylish window bench.

Our snowbird residents chose a cool, coastal vibe with Slate blue island cabinetry, warm Accessible Beige wall cabinets and topped it off with crisp white quartz with warm veins and lines of bronze. The satin bronze hardware, new pendant lighting and cool wood tile planks complete the project.
