Back on the island, we were excited to transform another ocean view condo in Hutchinson Island’s exclusive Oceanique Condominium community.
Keeping their traditional vibe and work space footprint, we updated the kitchen with new cabinet colors and a more transitional door style. The old breakfast nook became an extension of the kitchen with lots more storage, extra countertop space for small appliances, a glass display cabinet and room for a new beverage cooler. The new design incorporates lots more easy to use drawer storage, a two can trash pull out cabinet, a custom angled corner cabinet and a beautifully wrapped batten board peninsula.
New lighting fixtures, fluted porcelain backsplash, granite composite sink and updated cabinetry lighting including a motion sensor pantry light bring it all together. See the before pictures and renders below:
