Regal Collection: Tribeca Model
Another amazing transformation inside Port St. Lucie’s 55+ Community – Valencia Walk at Riverland.
Focusing solely on the kitchen, our lovely homeowners needed more function and accessible storage options that could not be offered by the builder. While we kept the existing floorplan, we maximized function, style and space!
First, by removing the builder’s drywall pantry, we could add pantry cabinetry with easy to use pull out shelves, and create more room on this side to add a corner cabinet with lazy susan storage. Left of the stove is another useful pull out for cooking supplies along with lots of drawers for easy access to pots, pans and bakeware. The sink tip out offers secret sponge and cleaning storage while the two can trash pull out makes daily chores easier.
We also maximized storage by slightly extending the peninsula and added 12″ deep cabinets facing the living room. Wrapping the drywall parts on the peninsula gives a custom finish and the curved countertop offers more open seating for comfortable dining.
